beaches in Miyakojima. ✨

This collection includes the beaches

I personally visited and received
recommendations from locals.

📌Ikizu Beach イキヅービーチ
 
As you've seen in the reel,
this beach is located near
the heart-shaped rock!

If you don't have the energy
to make it to this beach... 
For those who prefer
a more comfortable route👇🏻

You can visit the first recommended
restaurant, Gelato Cafe,
from my previous restaurant post,
and from there, you can easily
access the beach!

If you go directly down from the cafe,
you'll be greeted with a breathtaking
view of the heart-shaped rock. ✨

As you saw in the reel,
there is a heart-shaped rock,
and it's the perfect spot
to capture a lifetime shot
with a heart frame on your back. 🩵

By the way, the distance between
Gelato Cafe and Ikizu Beach
is only about a 2-minute walk!

But if you visit in the summer,
it can be so hot that walking
might not be an option. 😂

So, I walked just a little nearby
to take the photo!
(Even then, it's still possible
to get a lifetime shot.. 🥹)

 

 

Despite the breathtaking heat,
everyone endures it to take photos
and enjoy the mesmerizing scenery.

making it worth enduring

It's possible to go snorkeling,

It's one of the most beautiful and
famous places in Miyakojima,
almost like a top 1 spot! 🥹

At night, it's also the best place

📌Yoshino Kaigan Beach
 
It's a great place for water activities
and snorkeling as the waves are
generally gentle, making it perfect
for playing in the water!🤿

The sea level is notably lower compared to
other places, and if you're lucky,
you might spot some sea turtles too!🐢

📌Doguchinohama Beach
 
It's a beach with soft sand stretching out 🏖️

It's conveniently located near Shimojishima
Airport, another airport in Miyakojima,
making it an excellent place to visit!

📌Shigira Beach シギラビーチ
 
Snorkeling is possible here too,
but the water depth is a bit deeper
compared to other places.
However, it's not extremely deep,
so it's still manageable!🙂

And just like the other spots,
if you're lucky, you might get to swim
with sea turtles here as well!🐢
